Ingredients of Vegan Crispy Tofu Sushi Rolls

  1. Prepare of Firm tofu.
  2. You need 1 C of Sushi rice.
  3. Prepare 1 C of Corn starch.
  4. You need of Vegan chicken seasoning.
  5. Prepare of UMAMI mushroom seasoning.
  6. You need 2 of Nori sheets.
  7. Prepare of Pickled Shredded red cabbage.
  8. You need of Pickled carrots and apples.
  9. Prepare of Soy sauce (shoyu sauce).
  10. You need of Mirin (rice wine vinegar).
  11. You need of Sesame oil.
  12. It’s of Sesame seeds (optional).
  13. It’s of Panko bread crumbs.
  14. You need of Oat milk.
  15. Prepare of Sugar and Salt.

In this crispy tofu sushi burrito I use vegan chipotle mayonnaise and a touch of cayenne to bring in a little smoke and subtle spice. The second trick is to inject as much flavour in to the roll as you can. Unlike traditional sushi, dipping a burrito in to a bowl of soy sauce can be problematic.
